spasiba Vala .,,,great video ,Thanks for that ... Iam Czech ,born in South east Moravia ,and I have never been in Reichenberg ... but because of you ...Iam going pretty soon 🙂
This is quite an impressive vid. I visited Liberec last year, liked it a lot - but now I see I missed so much! And kudos for bringing some of those difficult topics from the past, we cannot be ignorant of them. Will definitely look for more!
Very nice historical info. Now I'd like to visit Liberec when I visit Prague again. Nice annotations by Valery and how presented with clear voice and added comedic moments. 👍😉
OH MY GOD THE RED PANDAS!!!!! I LOVE THEM!!! I would have also spent most of my time watching them!!! And I need some of that Red Panda money LOL ....further proof that I would get along well with you guys hahaha
You are the best, most personable tour guide on RUclips! Due to health, I no longer am able travel. So I travel vicariously by watching videos. None of the other hosts can match your wit and personality. I would love it if you did videos on other countries. Like Lithuania, Finland and other Northern European states. Maybe create a new channel.
This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Well done on your subscriptions...I'm sure there are many more to come Liberec is stunning, and the snow just adds to it's beauty. The Pandas are cute...but not as cute as you😉Like you, I am awestruck in the presence of Elephants - truly magnificent animals.
As always a super interesting, well researched, and fun video. Great camerawork and editing, too. Congrats on cracking 20k subscribers - you guys deserve that and many more.
Hi guys, lovely to see Liberec. It has a really good curry house and the Konrad brewery ( that has rehearsal rooms in it). Get in touch if you want to go to Ještěd as i have a 4x4.
A nice introduction to this part of Bohemia by a very pleasant young lady guide. The humorous presentation without the God-awful over-the-top American style is greatly appreciated. 😊 Sadly, during my traveling years, I never seized the opportunity to fully cover the Czech Republic even though I had an expat Moravian friend who traveled back many times. Only 1 visit - to see the birthplace of my ancestors who emigrated first to Saxony and thence to Australia in the 1860s. I also enjoyed Prague - well apart from having my small stills camera stolen by a young lady pickpocket in the castle. 🙄 😉
On 10 May 1945, while in American captivity in the barracks of Pilsen, Heinlein committed suicide by cutting his veins with his broken glasses. He was buried anonymously in the Plzeň Central Cemetery. His mother, Hedvika Anna Augusta Dworatschek (Dvořáčková), was the daughter of a family of Czech and German Bohemian origin. weird!
Ah, yes. The history of the Czech republic. The unfortunate history of the Czech republic. At least before the 1940s the Czechs didn't do any super crazy stuff did they?
There is nothing controversial about benes decrees and expulsion of germans, after the ww2 and the things the germans did, they were very lucky that they were allowed to leave. It may look cruel now, but try imagining living through ww2 as a czech.
@@jerrymiller9039 the only ones doing ethnic cleasing were the germans. And most these civilians supported mr adolf. And as i said before, if you were a czech during ww2, and the germans for example killed your whole family, you had little reason to have any sympathy for them. And no, im not supporting murdering of civilians.
@@kostihouse When you drive out a group based on their ethnicity such as German then yes you are ethnic cleansing and yes the Czechs did that AFTER the war.
@@jerrymiller9039 you can call it whatever you want, but in my opinion the germans should consider themselves lucky that after ww2 their whole country wasnt just splitted to pieces and the people werent moved (not hurt) somewhere to the end of the world. After what they did, it would be perfectly justifiable.

You are talking about civilians that were born there and you support ethnic cleansing which is a crime against humanity
