True. 90% of what I listen to is metal, and somehow sum 41 is one of my favourite bands as of late. It’s kinda strange they started out as a pop punk band.

I remember when I was still a fetus. This song makes me remember the good times in my mother's placenta, no complications, just focusing on growing my number of cells from one to billions... good times
i love how deryck sings in this record with all the vibrato in most of the songs. it gives that creepy effect to the songs and really fits in with the darkness of the album. this album has the best vocal recordings :)
This album is low key one of my favorites. The raw emotion from Deryck is such a rush, yet heartbreaking at the same time. This album definitely makes you feel something.
Idk how long I’ve been listening to these guys but I can tell you it was when I was really young (like around 7-9 years old). I’m currently 20. I still love this band and listen to them everyday. 😂
1) Three Days Grace 2) Linkin Park 3) Sum 41 4) Skillet 5) Braking Benjamin 6) Red 7) Papa Roach 8) Bullet For My Valentine 9) 30 Seconds To Mars 10) Simple Plan
I really love this album!!!! The reason Sum 41 is making dark and heavy albums is because they got mature. I still like DTLI and Chuck! But this kinda music fits them! When I think of Sum 41, I think of the time when the album Screaming Bloody Murder came out. Can't wait for their NEW ALBUM!!! Coming 2014!!
It’s weird looking at all these comments of people only just discovering this song over the past few months/years, yet I remember it first coming out and the hype back then too. Awesome!
This song and the album really grows on you as time goes by. At first I didn't fancy the album, but now I love it. Hmm, will it be the same with 13 voices? Idk. Sum 41 are so ahead of the Punk Rock Genre!
Woah, this is sick! I grew up listening to tape cassettes of Sum 41 and just associated them with pop punk. I'm 29 now and not actually disappointed that I only just discovered this. Music is a constant journey, wooo wooo!
I hope the record label has more faith in Deryck producing the album himself now, I mean Blood in my eyes got nominated for a freaking Grammy!!! And the album kicks ass!!!
Tom is the most amazing artist out there.he propelled sum 41 back into spot light with his insane talent on lead guitar!!!! But on side note long live GOB

I was initially thrown off by sum 41 when I was in high school when they were playing pop punk stuff, but I just heard "out for blood" and decided to look back at when they turned into the genre I want to hear. Was not disappointed.
They're really only pop-punk in "All Killer, No Filler" and "Underclass Hero." The rest of their discography is heavier. I know this comment's two years old, so hopefully you've discovered more of their stuff.
I know, but I have been a great fan even before this album , but still I love this album, Its not my favorite, but Its really good, 1000 times better than the comercial bullshit that is famous today, like taylor swifth or Fukin ariana grande.
I wish there was more music like this. It seems like everyone now is into these new boy bands and pop artist. They forgot what good music is all about.
I was pretty indifferent to Sum 41 until I heard this at work one night in about 2018 and had no idea who it was. I went back over their catalog and regretted not appreciating their talent over the years. Good stuff.

This song is really deep, its so full of depth it scares me. Like I feel sort of nervous listening to this song, but its so vicious I HAVE to listen to it.

I’ve loved Sum 41 since I was like 8 lol! The style is unique and nothing compares.
I'm not quite myself these days
Guess we all come undone
Time to time, in different ways
Well, I have myself to blame
Guess I don't understand
I need help in many ways
God's got a plan for me
Well I'm gonna tell you one thing
I don't got the patience or the time
What can I say
I'm no angel, I'm not forsaken
But I can bleed
Tear me open, I believe
God will set you up to bleed
And no one can deceive
What is meant to be
And bloody murder we will scream
Well I guess it's time for me
Tell me what I'm left to believe in
'Cause I don't know the concept of the pain
don't want the faith, I'll just lose it
I can prove it
Watch me bleed
Tear me open, I believe
God will set you up to bleed
And no one can deceive
What is meant to be
And bloody murder we will scream
God will set you up to tear me open
'Cause I'm not giving up
No self-control
Suffocated to the bone
I'm my worst enemy
Who can't be saved
I'm just His disgrace
Tear me open, I believe
God will set you up to bleed
And no one can deceive
What is meant to be
And bloody murder we will scream
God will set you up to tear me open
These days are strange, it's true
There's not a thing that I would change
No mistakes that I'd undo
