This is too close to home for me to pass up (only 4 hours drive). I plan to show up with my wife, and we will both be playing (preferably at the same table). I have a chessex megamat, dual sided with squares on one side and hexes on the other. It's 20+ years old, but in relatively pristine condition. I will absolutely bring it if necessary.
Will a version of the adventure be available for those who are not able attend? Like a PDF or document of the adventure for people to download and play?

Yes, as usual, after the event is over I'll release it in the Workshop and eventually on the Downloads page and in print.
