i work on a golf course, i'm also an old audio dev. if i'm on the side of the course and the ball flies past, it rips through the air, sounds neat. not a lot of people hear it because golf balls = teh danger. maybe for close passes to cam it'd be nice. if you want a challenge (the firework sounded like it was moving, good) you can model doppler with a delay line or just a pitched read calculation i guess :p another use for a delay line is ground plane, people don't notice it much. next time a jet flies overhead, quickly move your head toward the ground eg. crouch. you'll hear the pitch change (comb delay effect between direct and ground plane delay, both roughly same volume entirely gives the perceptible pitch). keen that you can mess around, discover the combos, and have an existing ideal objective as well.
Hi all, hope you enjoy! Sorry if the audio is weird, I'm a little sick at the moment. As always, let me know what you think! And please check out Grippy Golf on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/2299080?
Looking great!! I like it!! Good job!!
Good luck working on it!!
Great video!
awesome devlog! I think the bonus objective system could lead to some crazy levels down the line!

This looks great! If you need any music for the game, I would love to make the soundtrack.
