In the 80ies I got an original Fender P Bass. For 800.I was happy with this Bass. Palisander Fretboard, standard sunburst look. The seller said it was 20 years old. So far, so good. With one Amp the deep G was always louder than the other the notes I played. I tried other PUs. The result wasn't satisfiend. Well, as time goes by I purchased a double bass. Wow. The big one. I sold the P Bass and the amp. So far so good I could play in a Country Band. I got a SX P Bass for 300. this SXbass sounded (and sounds still) far better as the original Fender P Bass in the 80ies. every price has a reason. Cheap is not cheap because it is good but because it is bad. I know this from my own experience because I never had money for an expensive guitar but I bought cheap ones and never enjoyed the tone of the guitar. And the beauty of the guitar is not important at all. the sound and fine finish are important, and cheap guitars don't have that. Now I have Eko s300 beauty cheap 155€ guitar but with terrible sound. 😣
Thats a very entry level guitar as you said, your changed your playing up which good on a few levels as you did it on a pretty crappy guitar. Are you a dedicated gear review channel ? If not you should learn the intro to say G.O.A.T. by Polyphia I think they are called .You have more than the skills to learn it, this Tim Henson kid is very talented but its mathematical music which I find soulless the drummer is the star if you ask me, nevertheless if you put up a vid saying " I learnt G.O..A.T. " just the initial guitar intro so you dont get in trouble with RUclips you will get a ton of views & more subscribers , younger players adore this kid & the guitar sound is this slightly overdriven but very clean which is the way guitar is heading ( guitar without tons of overdrive ? thats not for me, if I want to play clean I will but having it as your lead guitar tone.... hahahah thats not metal or R&R its prog ) they wear high necked thick jumpers no matter what the wether & cross their legs when they sit to play & have an arrogant air to them. Bending ? thats for boomers... look I am generalising & ranting but This Took me 3 days to learn, thats a long time for me so there are some difficult parts at the start in particular .Getting back to my initial point if you learnt this & played just the intro your numbers will clime no doubt ,& this is the point of having a channel, to reach as many people as possible & you'll have a new audience to teach how guitar is meant to sound & be played . Have a listen if you haven't already & see what you think & as always Take care.
@@MrPolevaulter Yeah I thought it was also very clinical but thats where guitar is heading sadly ,what he does is quite hard to learn though. I just was just thinking of building your channel . Take Care

Cool bananas :)
every price has a reason. 😣
Sounds muddy for a Strat!
Here again, I realized that it sounds better than a Squier, am I right?
Probably, just a bit.
Better than a Bullet but not a Standard (".)
why this headstock! why!!!!! WHy!!!
Thanks for the suggestion. I had a listen and I just found it boring, so probably won't be learning it.
@@MrPolevaulter Yeah I thought it was also very clinical but thats where guitar is heading sadly ,what he does is quite hard to learn though. I just was just thinking of building your channel . Take Care
Sx make great guitars. The best thing you can do with that one is to remove that ridiculous sticker from the pickguard. There's nothing worse than seing that insignia plastered all over everything u.s. (".)
You sound triggered.
