The West Virginians I know dispose of used motor oil by reusing it to paint fence rails, posts and gates. It beautifully accentuates the wood grain. Only downside is that it increases how flammable the fence becomes.

Yes! Paris is filthy, it stinks like sewage in certain parts, garbage is thrown everywhere, there are questionable street venders all over, and the rivers are polluted. It's so bad that they actually have a hotline set up you can call for people that are traumatized, thinking they are going to the beautiful city of romance that you see on the television. You would think with all the tourism money they would take some pride in their home. I was floored when I heard that's where they picked for the olympics. Whoever chose Paris should probably be fired given the athletes catching e.coli escapade for starters. Unreal.
