I love your vlogs such a vibe & yes protein drinks are hard to find, I have been on the journey for a long time & I just started finding a few I can work with, because I am lactose & tolerant. You have to do a lot of trial & error to see what works. Everyone has different taste pallets & preference so when you find them stick with them. The “Owyns” are good but too thick & rich for me…I just stick to powder because I can control the thickness.😅😂
I used to drink Premier protein shakes on the regular. But then I started getting headaches and they started making me nauseous. I like the Fairlife Core protein shakes. I feel like they taste pretty good.
Yessss core power slappppppps so good so hard to find a non chalky tasting one I swear core power chocolate taste like chocolate milk loveee wish them prices for them would go down some though 😂
With the book you described at the beginning, I bet (I have not read or heard about the book) the bestfriend wants to be with the main character and everyone finds out his family is actually broke, she feels heartbroken and he tries to convince her that though his family initially convinced him to pursue her that he actually fell for her. They’ll end up together or something. It’ll piss off the reader lol. Report back!
