Kobe's become very underrated now a days. People overlook his ability to finish strong at the rim because he was so deadly from the post, midrange, & still a threat from deep. He's also overlooked on the Defensive end as he's tied for Most All NBA First Team Defense in NBA History. He could dunk on you, post you up, beat you with footwork, he could just casually fade away in your grill, knock down deep 3s, all while locking up your best perimeter player on any given night. Trying to find any flaws in Kobe's game when he was at his prime is tough.
He upped his footwork game around the rim when he practiced with Hakeem Olajuwon in the off season one year......that's how much a student of the game he was!
KB8 and KB24 were different animals, bruh. 8 was a baby learning the game. 24 mastered the game and took it to another level. Dude had 2 Hall of Fame careers. KB8 and KB24... nobody wanted to guard EITHER. Hell, you couldn't STOP him anyway. #MambaMentality #RIPKobe
And then you have Kobe's fall away....with defenders right up in his grill...draped all over him....sometimes two or three of them! I watched him make shots I didn't even know existed!
PPl can say what they want. Kobe is a better dunker than Lebron. Lebron does power dunks and that's it. It looks good because its brutal. But Kobe gives you power dunks but also skilled dunks. Those baseline dunks are insane and not many people can do them. Never seen MJ do those dunks. That dunk where Brian shaw alleyoops the ball to the next side of the basket and kobe jumped from the opposite side, started to turn his body even before getting the ball, get the ball and complete the dunk is one of the most difficult dunks i've seen. That dunk where he went behind the back and then did the 180 dunk was crazy good. You get to see all different kinds of dunks and with guys like LBJ all his dunks all basically look the same.
That’s at least two Kobe videos. So when’s the announcement? You see the bounce, the athleticism, he’s in range when he steps off the bus. Footwork, quickness, shoots probably 85% from the line. Best scorer not named Jordan. Rebounds and defends. Got 4 or 5 rings. You think the self proclaimed king is better than that guy?
Kobe, Shaq, Wilt, Kareem and Magic make Lebron James the 6th greatest Laker of all time. Sorry bro =/ If it's any consolation 3 of them are Centers so Lebron would still get to start LOL
Why you didn't rewind when he dunked on LeBron tho? 🤣

@@youwilin no question. Passing is the only thing lebron had on kobe and kobe wasnt no slouch in that department either.

So much more skill the LBJ.
Hes got that MJ killer in 'em
Not seen the fade away reverse dunk he made againts TD and spurs in 4th qtr of game 3
Kobe was that dude! Closets thing we've seen to Michael. Probably the closets anyone will get to Mike...
Thanks Fam
I see you put that King James lil poster back up.
Hey Hey Calm Down Guy
Let me really blow your mind...Kobe's hands weren't even big enough for him to palm the ball. Jordan's hands were massive. Like Kawhi's today.
Please react Kobe nba all star

Didnt Kobe lock LBJ every time they played?
From the clips that I seen he showed the world that The King is beneath him.

@@legaciitv9629 the good thing is if you believed that to be true. You would admit it. I’ve seen ya do it. I couldn’t resist.
Kobe is my favorite dunker, I know vince is the best dunker ever in the nba but I think he made it look to easy.
