You can see that the wife really loved her house . She took tremendous care of it.
Someone needs to purchase that and fill it with cool midcentury modern furniture. That place could be AMAZING with not too much effort.

Maintained!! I hope this doesn’t get torn down. It’s in impeccable condition. I always dream about buying a house like those and renovate it, but keep the original elements and floor plan in tack.
Absolutely love the light fixtures in that house. Those were very modern for that specific time period of the 60's. It also has the mid-century modern style to it. Great find Jamie & Zay. Love these type of homes!

This is a beautiful house I love the wooden carved edges round the doors even that picture of flowers is beautiful. The bathroom was clean the toilet was spotless. I love those kitchen cabinet door very unique. Nice yellow cheerful bathroom. Love the hidden doors in the wall. Love this house the outside is grand although looking a bit derelict. Thanks Jamie for this video watched it again.

This place is incredible! The attention to detail, light fixtures and woodwork is remarkable.
The small flat light switches would date this place between 1966 and 1974. You missed the wiring when looking at the electrical panels - that would have narrowed it down a bit more.
12:11 . . . forget about the sink, look at how crazy low that 55 year old toilet is... the tank lid is almost level with the seat when it is closed! The little square yellow and white tiles on the floor are super-retro.
This was the equivalent of today's McMansion in the 1960s. Looks like it was kept up over the years. It would cost a small fortune to update it. I think that one outlet in the kitchen area looks burnt out like it had an electrical fire. I get the feeling there might be an old Cadillac or Lincoln parked in the garage.

This place really does scream 60's! The colors and wood and light fixtures are spot on. Surprised it's being demolished since it's in such good condition. Also good to see that family or friends took care of the personal items instead of leaving them to rot like so many people do. Good find, Riddim. 👍❤️

What an awesome tour, loving it! The 60s look definitely needs updated! I would live there, it's so unique, but probably not worth the money they invested, due to major updates needed to keep the investment secure! Not a fan of the pineapple light fixtures, and choice of wallpaper! Nice find, too bad, it's headed toward demo!! 🌹

Please always open the fridges, freezers and check for working lights and running water. So many explorers of abandon places neglect to check these. We are interested.
Often times they are gross so we don't open them. I've come close to puking several times because of what was inside!!!

It's in a neighbourhood where old homes are constantly being bought and replaced with newer homes. It's a very wealthy neighborhood.its sad as its so unique.

That was a makeup area. Some women spend hours putting on their makeup. My grandma was the same way if you took her anywhere with you one thing for sure you were going to be late. I love the 1960s style home I grew up in one.

Must have been quite a show place in it's time! I hated the 'in' colors of the 60's - orange, gold, avocado, etc. Very dated with that and the heavy drapes. Also my folks built a new house in that timeframe and wanted split level. I'd love to have the carpets!! Time marches on and so I guess we always want bigger and better, too bad.

@RiddimRyder Wish I had time to get out and explore more. Went inside Clinton Valley Center in Pontiac, Michigan when it was still standing. I'm old now, lol. We appreciate the vids and ultimate heartbreak of places like this getting bulldozed. I'm watching Austin Powers with my family right now. What a fit. Thanks for the vids, so old farts like me can live vicariously through them. Peace.
