Highly recommend visiting the suburb “Belgrano” and “Cañitas “ - beautiful residential leafy areas to walk around with lovely houses, boutique cafes and shops (as reference Solar de la Abadia, and Barrancas de Belgrano). These areas are hidden gems not many tourists know about.
@@Economic_Front I also recommend Tigre, on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, there you can go to "puerto de frutos", take a boat ride through the delta, there is an art museum. You can go by train and it is very comfortable, it is about 50 minutes by train from "Retiro", a lot of people usually go on weekends

However, at a political level, if you go down a bit the rabbit hole, you will find political administrative divide. Concretely, the the issue is that CABA collects taxes from provinces and then redistributes in a "federal" way that it's highly contested. There is currently a politician and journalist - Santiago Cuneo- that is proposing a total revamp of the federal republic system to switch to confederation of states, similarly to the US; in which the provinces - or fedeeral states as you call them- have more autonomy and independence from the central power in CABA.

However, at a political level, if you go down a bit the rabbit hole, you will find political administrative divide. Concretely, the the issue is that CABA collects taxes from provinces and then redistributes in a "federal" way that it's highly contested.
There is currently a politician and journalist - Santiago Cuneo- that is proposing a total revamp of the federal republic system to switch to confederation of states, similarly to the US; in which the provinces - or fedeeral states as you call them- have more autonomy and independence from the central power in CABA.
