You’ve tapped into one of my greatest pleasures in life - Studio Ghibli movies! The art room made me feel like I was being transported straight into Yubaba’s bath house! Will definitely have to check this one out for the next time we visit Japan 🎌
Studio Ghibli films are my happy place too 🥰 And yes you absolutely should visit this place! The great thing is that you don’t have to stay here to visit and experience its magic!
Hello! I just discovered your channel as I was exploring youtube. I love the high quality of your videos and you're an amazing guide to your adventures in Japan and beyond. I love your enthusiasm and energy. Keep up the good work. I recently visited Japan for the first time and I'll take your recommendations into account on my next visit there. Love all your content and looking forward to more! ♥️✨
Not to the extent shown in the video - you wouldn’t be able to access the banquet room shown in the art tour or the bedrooms but you’d be able to see the cafe, gardens and lobby as well as access the restaurants with a reservation! ☺️
Definitely my favourite part of this Japanese series so far!!
Thank you for watching!! 🥰🧡🧡

Some of the rooms really do feel like they’ve been lifted from the film don’t they! 🥰 so enchanting!

Such an underrated character in the film 😂
Where is No Face hiding?! 😂😂😅
Up to no good in the other rooms 😂
Are you able to explore it without staying in the hotel?

@where.tofindme That's great! Thank you! I'm gonna have to add this to my itinerary.
Tbh looks like the amusement park version of what spirited away was themed after....
Well some of the rooms date back to 1912, Gajoen opened its doors as a hotel in 1931 and Spirited Away came out in 2001…
