I think it has been revised lately. Instead investing 1million aeds for 2years residency now you can only spend 750k and get residency for 3 years.

Hello sir my brother went for job in the uae in 2016 he gone for medcial test they told xray tb is there and they send to mumbai . But due to tb lot of tension was there in the head then he went for a checkup then the x ray came very good. how they deport like that. If he want to revisit uae can he get the investor visa ???? to remove the ravel banned from uae let me know plz
For the medical - the process is same for all residency visas. However, some medical tests have become slightly lenient now so he may try again.

I think its till valid and family can be added. But you need to recheck on the process.

Sir how can I transfer funds from RDA to my CDC account?
If you have got the CDC account under your name, than just ask the broker their bank account number and transfer through IBFT. It should not be an issue.

Imp points.
1). Per year Expenses.
a). Have to be in UAE every 6 months. This adds up a lot.
b). UAE property can go down unlike Pakistan property.
c), Cost of Visa renewal and all other expenses.
2). Will I have to pay Tax on the rental income in UAE in Pakistan.
Bcoz of 6 month limitation and considering all the expenses I beleieve it is only for the really rich
