Started following you over 12 years ago, I’m now 31 and running my first Ultramarathon next month. Thank you for the continued inspiration. It’s so good to know there’s someone out there that I can relate to. Here in the Midwest it’s hard to get out of the work hard, play hard, drink hard mindset.
As a strength and conditioning coach, it would be an absolute dream to work with someone like Dr. Galpin so this podcast was almost 2 hours of useful, realistic, experienced knowledge. Thank you.
Cam, you once said that you think a lot of podcasters are better than you in interviewing. Here's my take: I love it that you don't have the usual structured and streamlined interviews. You are just an authentic g behind a mic and it's all we could hope for
This is one of the few nearly 2hr podcasts that felt like it was only 10 minutes. Dr Andy is an amazing dude. I would love to see you and him come up with a mountain hunting training plan some time just to see how much performance you could squeeze out with his input.
what an episode guys, thank you both. looking forward to lift run shoot episode. Actually i am grateful that you discussed more your lives and perspectives more than how to guides and raw informations. andys podcast and content comes handy when gaining new information. god bless
💯 ❤Andy, Andrew, Chris, Rhonda...and every guest! ❤ archery climbing and running and much more!! Can I suggest a guest list Froning, or Tyson Bagent or even totally bummed out Hunter McIntyre? Hunter is definitely in a time of needing this! I think the guy needs this to get past his title loss and now what situation. Just suggestions. Hell, I would love to come play but I'm a nobody. I would think Froning would be into it. I worry about McIntyre because he doesn't know anything about not winning till now @42. Don't know him personally but if anyone needs your kindness and positive challenges, he does now. Don't want to read about him in the news for God's sake. Much love. Now I'll watch my fave pro trainer, Andy.❤
Might I add? I've been a pro athlete and still holding records to this day. ( actually several) but now people won't let me learn to grapple or any martial arts now. I used to be asked to do tournaments. Now I get a fat NO everywhere but crossfit. Pisses me off that I was really good at karate but now I only get uhhh no. Now my area is actually dominated by Asians which I love but these men!! Omg! No, no, no! I don't feel like I'm in America anymore 😢. It really hurts when they want you to stay home and never do sports! Wtf!?! Not how I grew up. Parents didn't support my achievements ever but they never got in my way. I was and am driven. I can't change that. I love sports, all sports. And no I'm no gay. I became an engineer after my parents even knew I went to school. Sorry, but it does make me sad typing this. Love your show! Wish I could shoot again. Every medal and trophy have been long tossed away💔 I'm just not done being me. Btw, I suck @ crossfit but I do love it! I'm only good a technique period. Carry on my wayward son. 😊❤

Legends
I see so many on the pure carnivore diet with stamina, strength, brain clarity, no inflammation, incredible recovery, endurance, all peak function.
Get Max Holloway on here!!!!!!
Carbohydrate fueling just seems to be such a chore. And temporary.
Skateboarders will never understand this I think haha
