      Namaste, Bilkul, sharir ki sunna aur usi ke anusaar abhyas karna bahut mahatvapurn hai. Agar aapko kaph ki samasya hai, to kripya ek sath in paancho mudraon ka abhyas karne se pehle kisi yoga visheshagya se salah lein. Pratyek mudra ko dhyanpurvak karein aur apni sharirik sthiti ke anusaar samayojan karein.
