What he does not mention but is important is, that with that leg split the lever is way lower than if the split is not 180°. That makes a big difference. Speaking from experience because I have no mobility. Still strong athlete and skill here, no question.
This comment should not say he is not able to do a good one arm handstand, this guy is elite level. I mean, who can do 180 split in the air? I wanted to tell others who are new to this and are not that flexible, that it makes a big difference how big your legsplit is so that they are not confused why the one arm is so hard for them and not "easy" as he said.
That is correct. My middle split does make things a bit easier. I did pay that price tho haha trust me. Wish I could say I was born with it. That being said: all the things that apply to this videos (hand-shoulder-opposite hip line) also apply with legs together
@@clownposs1 I absolutely get that and agree BUT I have clients past their 40s who over a decent period of time were able to increase flexibility tremendously. It really comes down to training conditions, exercises/techniques used and programming. Check out ep 1 of my podcast if you wanna learn more about flexibility
With this attitude you definitely will not. That is very true. That being said. Life is long and consistent gains add up. Instead of exclusively focusing on the one arm handstand lear to enjoy chasing one goal at the time. First learn to wall handstand, then without the wall, the learn leg isolations, presses and hspu etc Before you know it you will be working towards the one arm handstand. If you manage to stay excited about each goal you will make it. If all you see is the big and shiny one arm handstand at the end it will be a very long and difficult road ;)
I mean. He is kinda joking. He trained for years and is well aware that it’s hard. But he copes through humor. That’s his way of dealing with difficult things ;)
I have a couple on my channel already. You’ll have to do some digging. But I’m actually dropping a huge 1h master class on how to handstand later today. Stay tuned and let me know how you like it
The best part is when he calmly indicates with the opposite hand the points we need to focus on 😅... Awesome technique, control and flexibility 👌💪🤸♂️
He is thankful for your nice comment ;)

As easy as π
Damn…I guess I didn’t realize how simple it really was
It's simple, as in it doesn't have that many steps and each step is clearly explained. But he never said it was easy XDDD
No, he never said it was easy....but he did say it's not that difficult!!
Him: Step one do a handstand
Me: ahh already too difficult
frfr
nah, i'd win.
Piece of cake. I'm going to do it tomorrow
Let's gooooo!! Sharing is caring! Let's see it!!!!
Did you do it?
@@Lavasquid7800
I can do 60 second left arm

“Step 1 do a handstand”
Well shit
wow your split is amaizing dude the harder part is where did you get all this flexibility from ?
Hard work and training. I was rather inflexible as a child but then worked hard and consistent for many years!
Step 1: Do a perfect handstand that takes years of dedicated practice lol
Yeah, he's right! It's really easy to watch him doing it 😅
Need a tutorial for step 1🙂
I have plenty on this channel. Simply have a browse ;)

guys trust me its really not that hard...casually gets into a handstand while doing the splits
I could once do a handstand balance for 40 seconds in one place. What impresses me the most is his steady speech while doing it on one hand
Thank you! Was my first time trying ;)
@@CoachBachmann how long could you do one arm free standing?
Thank you bro🎉
bro really just got up and said do it
And he meant it ;) I’ll keep saying it until Nike sends me a contract #justdoit
It's normal i feel a shock in my forearm?
I feel a cramp in my forearm while doing handstand, I think it's in my carpi ulnaris (search it up)

he did straightened his legs afterwards though

Too easy
Step one build a rocket ship , figure out the math the fly to the moon , fly to the moon.
Hard is learning the regular handstand
now do a roundhouse kick while on one arm
Najpierw musisz umieć szpagat 😂😂😂
Brother you have insane body strength and control, you’re definitely my inspiration, thank you 👍🏾🙏🏾💪🏾
Furthermore, doing no arm head stand is easy, take your one arm on the ground off the ground.
Honestly it was so easy. Just followed the guide... No problem

I can do one leg hand
Holly shit I got it
Yes but if we have the midle split like yours. If not toes points will not be in one line with the rest of our body balancing will be pain in the ass
