Michael Lai once said, Leslie has a wide vocal range, almost up to two octaves which most male singers can't reach.

His younger pictures of dating women were a lot happier. There was a woman called into radio station said Gor Gor saved her from jumping the river 5 years (1998) before he committed suicide. And that they had a long talk from mid night until next morning. And that Gor Gor was very drunk and very depressed. Why he was so depressed when he was very famous and dating TT at that time? You answered well. I personally don't like TT.

個人淺見，莫見笑：張國榮先生唱英文歌時的聲線，比後來唱廣東歌(華星至新藝寶時期)的聲線更好聽，從舊資料中得知當年黎小田先生(張國榮在華星時期的唱片監製)認為張國榮的聲線太高音，應要調低一點才好聽，我自小都是聽張國榮唱廣東話、國語歌的，最近才看到他當年唱英文歌的短片。覺得他唱英文更好聽，是因為較接近他真正的聲音。
