60ml water
200g sugar
80g glucose syrup
vanilla
25g Milk powder
The temperature for making candy is 311℉ to 320℉
👧👦For kids
* Be careful not to burn yourself and do it with an adult.
* You can do it without vanilla.
👩👨For adults
* If you don't have a Teflon plate, you can also make it in a pan.
* It's delicious to make with other flavors in place of vanilla. (Strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
* You can also make matcha (powdered green tea) or coffee instead of milk powder.
* You can cut it with scissors too.
* If it becomes hard and cannot be rolled, reheat it in the microwave for a few seconds.
* It is better to avoid rainy days and do it on low humidity days.
* The amount of water varies slightly depending on grain size and heat, but is approximately 30% sugar.
🌎✈🌍 For those who live outside Japan
* Because the humidity in Japan is higher than in France, care must be taken when storing candy.

60ml d'eau
200g de sucre
80g de glucose
vanille

Thanks for your comments.
Please try making it!😊
can I use a plastic tray?
Thank you for the question!
There is no problem if it is a heat resistant tray.😊
@@patissier_kaz1110 so I tried it and ended up getting a sugar syrup instead! I honestly don't know what I did wrong.
@@emeraldadam7454 If you don't make a mistake in the boiling temperature (310 ℉ to 320 ℉), I think there are few mistakes. 😧
If you try again, be careful about measuring the boiling temperature and weighing the ingredients.
I can't think of any other reason to be a syrup. 😀
Good
thank you.☺
