For those who don't understand (SPOILERS FOR THE FIC) People in South Park are being murdered by an apparent serial killer. Tweek seemingly does as well, Craig is devastated. Three years later, Craig and Clyde have moved away but suddenly Wendy is killed on the anniversary of Tweek's apparent murder. Craig goes back for her funeral, but weird things happen like doors moving and him getting bloody letters. Then he's almost mugged but saved by something moving impossibly fast. Flashback to three years ago, Craig begs Tweek not to leave him, but Tweek goes to try and stop the killers, (Scott Tenorman, who is a vampire who wants to destroy South Park) making a blood oath to protect the town for three years (so everyone Tricia's age and up can graduate and leave) but what he doesn't expect is Scott forcibly turns Tweek and blackmails Craig's life, saying Tweek must choose between destroying South Park or saving Craig
