  • Yoga nidra is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in the body. This yoga nidra will help you drift off into a deep, restful sleep, it is 60 minutes in total.

    Another long time user of your original Yoga Nidra ..the most calming and relaxing I ever found . It has helped me with my lifelong struggles with GAD, depression and the resulting alcoholism .     I love your no nonsense video's. Ive tried other Yoga Nidra videos but they ramble on. I like that you speak softy, but normally. Your content is clear. If im still awake when your video has finished, i start again.
    If i go to bed with a busy mind, i pop your one of your video's again.

    Thank you for a wonderful relaxing yoga nidra Lizzy. The music is beautiful - like floating amongst stars. Your voice is melodic and easy to listen to. Love that accent. I've listened to the 20 minute one for a while now and was so happy to find this sleep version. My go to now when I need help to drift off. Even good when I wake up during the night and can't go back off to sleep. Very grateful.

    The louder background music is perfect for my situation. I’m always in bed before anyone and even with my headphones on, all of YN’s with quiet music I continuously hear noises and that’s way more annoying than music being a little loud. I just 100% disagree with the haters for sure! I think it’s perfect. Thank you so much Lizzy!! You are the reason I get much sleep!!

      @@LizzyHill222 I wouldn’t say the minority overall. It’s Kind of like support groups on FB. You only get to see the negative affects of whatever the support is for. Becasue the ones who are doing great with it, don’t leave comments and conversate. So, know that even though we see the comments on the volume of music being an issue,, there is always ten fold who disagree, we just have no reason to complain and comment. . You are so amazing. And you, your skills, your voice, your calmness, are what millions needed. I just could not thank you enough. I don’t know ifbb be you can see how often your videos are watched by a particular person, but 100% of the time, when I go to bed, you come with me 🤣 and so many others. Take care dear friend.

    This sums up the power of This yoga Nidra for sleep and how I changed everything about the quality of sleep
    I have sleep apnea. AH1 is how many times you hold your breath during your he night for at least 10 seconds. Before a CPAP, my ah1 was around 15. With a CPAP it stays around 5, which is ten days ones bette sleep. When I began doing different yoga nidras, putting it on with my headphones, laying on my back, realized it was down to at least 3 every night without fail But now that this is the one I do every single night; my ah1 is never as high as 2, and almost always between, .2 and .8. I have even had to to zero some

      Thank you so much. I do this happily as karma yoga but if you feel you would like to do something, you could pop something in the next Ukraine charity box you see?     I love your voice and cadence way more than many others. The music is too loud compared to your voice. It was distracting for me and I couldn't finish the meditation. I would like a yoga nidra with just your voice or music barely in the background.

    This video came after my 10 minute meditation 🧘‍♀️ from this morning. However I been waking up super tired like if I don't get any rest while I sleep at night. I'm not sure if this video is only for night time. However I listen to it. It relaxed me to the max! Where I could even hear my snoring as drifted away 😴. I subscribed to your channel! That's how impressed I was. But please tell me if this is recommended for night 🌙 time or morning or personal any time of day. Thank you! Namaste 🙏

      Ideally it should be night time as it takes you into sleep. Try the 20minute Yoga nidra or the extended version and see how you get on. Intrinsically the same, just different intentions and endings

    I love your voice for yoga nidra but the music in all your videos is way too loud. Doesn't work for relaxing because my mind is disturbed by the music. Please do a video without loud music (or maybe without any music at all.

    The music is too loud. It should be barely in the background. The voice guiding the mind to various locations on the body is the main ‘prompt’ helping the listener to attain a calming mind but not a deep concentration. In this age of noise pollution, let’s be mindful how a sound enters our ears and affects our mind.

    The creepy music is way too loud. In fact it’s not music it’s clashing notes. The woman speaking is good but she’s sadly swallowed up by noise

      Really? Most of us listen to it every night and it’s never been an issue. I need the loudness becasue id not, even with headphone on nightly , and here will be a noise here and a noise there and this is the only one that ensures that won’t happen
