I have 2 of the Wingman XB2 model but when I connect it to my Xbox Series X, a message appears saying it is an unauthorized accessory. When will you guys solve that issue? :(
@PirateJamm man, and then MS updates the xbox and the device become useless like the XB2. So sad that they sell it like it'll work and after we buy it they change the description. 😒
Hi @monchopr3511, where did you buy the Wingman XB2? Did you buy it from the official Brook store? Please contact our technical customer service team and provide a screenshot of the receipt. We will assist you further. Thank you: www.brookaccessory.com/contact/contact_form.php
I have a wingbrook for my Ps2 and it's really awesome, and now I've just bought the Xbr3 for my xbox one, so I can use my ps4 arcade stick on it 😊 it work's out cheaper than having to buy another arcade stick and it has the ability to support 135+ controllers etc, I can't stress enough how impressed I've been with this technology it's a real game changer! Thank you for the video!
Brook vamos ter um lado humano e dar suporte para os adaptadores antigos também, ninguém gosta de ficar comprando adaptadores e ficar sem o devido suporte, do contrário a tendência e que os clientes só se afastem da marca brook
Hi @ElijahKMcCoy, Thank you for your interest in Brook Gaming products! Our development team is working on the PS5 converter development program and we'll be releasing it in the near future.
Hi @nizmotube, We use Brook proprietary technology to support XBOX Series X|S and XBOX One, our converter is not officially licensed for XBOX. We will make sure it works properly.
Hi @Strengthoftenmen, we have not tested this controller and are not sure if it will be supported by Wingman XB3. We will ask the development team to evaluate if we can purchase and add support for the Flydigi Apex 4 controller.
Pretty sure what you're looking for is the Brook FGC Wingman, and the answer is... it depends. You can only use it to play PS5 games where the devs allowed legacy PS4 controls.
Hi @YuukiMitsuhashi, Each Wingman converter is designed to work with a single controller at a time. If you require connectivity for two controllers, either wirelessly or via a wired connection, you will need to use two converters.
Does not work on pass through port only at end of cord Please apply an update Tested on numerous leverless pads and mentioned in my review thanks ruclips.net/video/OnzP22DRNeQ/видео.htmlsi=rGjG1bOlxP_Wsn86

It's not up to them. Xbox screwed over a lot of 3rd party companies when they disallowed unauthorized accessories like the XB2. There is an unofficial workaround that might work with the XB2, but they had to create this new XB3 so our Xbox Series and One consoles will recognize the adapter as an authorized product.

Will my SnackBox Micro XL work this converter into my Xbox X?
And when I ppurchase the XB3 will I need to plug it into laptop to update?
Hi @PirateJamm, if the model of SnackBox you purchased has a Brook inside board, it can be supported by the XB3 and is theoretically plug-and-play.
Hey, do you guys have a Brook Wingman XE 3 in the works for the PS5? I know your XE 2 works on there, but it's limited to just PS4 games only.
Hi @ElijahKMcCoy, Thank you for your interest in Brook Gaming products! Our development team is working on the PS5 converter development program and we'll be releasing it in the near future.

xbox series X blocks Brook Wingman XB 2. when will it be fixed?
Never. They tried. It's not happening. That's why they had to create this XB3
So is it officially licensed this time so Microsoft can’t break it?

This version release was not their fault. Microsoft pushed a update which caused issues with the xb2
