Edit: It turns out the controller I used wasn't compatible with this. Im not sure what I am doing wrong, but this is not working for me the led on the wingman xe 2 and the controller im trying to use is on, but nothing i press on the controller is working.

Xbox disallowed many 3rd party accessories, like the Wingman XB2. Brook needed to create this XB3 in order for Xbox Series and One consoles to recognize the adapter as an authorized accessory. Don't blame Brook. Look it up yourselves; they're not the only company with accessories that don't work on Series X and One consoles anymore.
