    putting in those extra (unpaid ) hours is a sure fire way for a sweatshop culture. if they define success by how many hours you put in and not by the results then this is NOT a place you want to work or be associated with. i guess it makes sense in a law firm where its billable hours uber alles but in most cases no. results not time wins the day

    So, you do not look at anyone's online portfolio, consider experience or talk to their references. Sounds like your hiring team is just lazy and is setting you up for a high turnover.
    Next time you talk, keep the microphone away from your beard.
