@@HDPLAYGROUND1911 I guess that's probably due to the fact that every Xbox Original game runs through an emulator when playing on an Xbox 360. I didn't know that Rooftop Rampage on the Xbox ran bad, what do you mean exactly? Does It runs slower than the PS2 version?
@@HDPLAYGROUND1911 Crash Bandicoot is a crazed-but-heroic screwball/karmic trickster who's extremely wacky and mad as a hatter, but a very clever smart-aleck ( in the style of Golden Age cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Screwy Squirrel, Woody Woodpecker, Aracuan Bird, Heckle and Jeckle, Tigger, the Warner trio ( from Animaniacs ), AOSTH's version of Sonic, SpongeBob SquarePants, Yoyo Dodo, Roger Rabbit, Gogo Dodo, Bonkers D. Bobcat, The Mask, Genie from Disney's Aladdin and Sledgehammer O' Possum ) that is hyperactive, loud, zany, goofy, mischievous, nutty, destructive ( in a cartoony way ), quick-witted, wild, insane, optimistic, bouncy, bonkers and 100% out of control ! I can even imagine him starring in a series of theatrical cartoons that pays homage to classic 40's-50's MGM and Warner Bros. cartoons with Animaniacs-esque pop culture references and impressive Richard Stone/Carl Stalling-esque music !

@@nashvilleplays It's most likely a cpu/gpu problem because it happens on disc and hdd. The game was built for the PS2 and ported to the Xbox during development. Some type of hidden object/particle optimized for the PS2 is being loaded into memory that makes the Xbox hardware sweat. If you turn the camera in those areas away from whatever is being loaded, they stop lagging. Nina's room and another rooftop rampage room full of robots seem to be the laggiest parts of the game.
this was my childhood, it was one of the only games we had on our xbox besides halo 2 and grab by the ghoulies, turns out this crash game is SUPER underatated and almost never heard of, i almost thought i was in a Mandela effect when i couldn't find this game ahha
The reason of that audio desync, frame dips and the eyelids oddity is because the game is rushed. I'm guessing the Xbox version of this is even more rushed considering the PS2 was the main platform for this game. And because how iffy the 360's backwards compatibility is, that only amplifies the the desync and frame dips more. I still prefer the Xbox version because progressive scan and 5.1 Dolby Digital audio. If there's another Crash game that deserves an "N. Sane" treatment then this as well as adding in all unused stuff. A Crash Twinsanity: Director's Cut.
