Well, if you want to have your own & the landlord is willing to cut a deal with your rent, it's worth it, I did the same thing to an older 4 bedroom home & because the owner couldn't give me back $ what I had put into it, I wind up living there rent free for 4 years, God is good God, next house, I bought, great start though, Hallelujah

The owner may have waived the rent in the amount of money she spent for repairs & improvement (upon providing receipts). I've heard of landlords doing that before since it's a win-win for the landlord (he gets the labor free).
And i dont think just the only girl did the work..she cant even open the filler..😂 it shows that she is not familiar with hard work.. it wont hurt if you said couple instead of girl..😂
If I could do the work that they do on their own places in videos like this, I would of probably had my home remodeled by now except electrical and plumbing I won't touch that
