In the morning I was searching RUclips for how to control your football in air and I didn't find a video which was quite suitable for me it was around 6:00 p.m. I opened my RUclips and I saw that unisport has uploaded a video 4 hours ago and that time I tried to search that has unisport uploaded any video regarding Air Control I was very happy to see it and every unisport video has helped me in improving my game ...Thanks

So thats how "The Laces" is done. I always did it with my foot too high and stiff. The ball bounce off my feet instead of roll to ground. Thanks for the tutorial.

You can also control the ball with a header. Just make sure you head it straight up into the air and then control with your foot to get you on the move. I use it quite often actually when the ball is too high for a chested control
