Hey, if you like india so much and financialy very fit . I reccomed you to buy bike and travel mountains side of india specialy Himachal pardesh , utrakhand and north east
But i highly reccomed you to southern madhya Pradesh if you are looking for green mountains with river b/w them and water falls. it's also famous for its wildlife specialy for tigers
