10 years later and this album still makes me feel like I just woke up on a smelly couch in a punk house and started drinking the warm stale beer I passed out next to. Absolute classic.
0:00 Murder 1:14 Trouble 3:04 Hard On the Street 4:46 Don't Look At Me 5:51 Don't You Walk Away From Me 10:52 I Don't Play Games 12:35 Bad Things 13:58 My House 15:56 Snide Petty Fools 17:16 I’m No Baby (thanks broski) 18:06 I Don't See Nothin'
I saw entire crowds of flesh and denim explode in pure euphoria, 2 times in 1 week in Copenhagen, a few monthes back. Unfortunately I couldn't grasp the hype and energy and insanity surrounding this band then...
they played a show under a bridge in richmond va and my friend snapped one of his leg bones in half in the mosh pit HOW PUNK IS THAT??? lol the show was the shit though, fucking awesome
They never sounded like this again after Go Home! Did their recording go from a local 4 track or practice space setup into a pro studio or digital means with their next LPs?
@@kevinbrianmanioncool, I figured it was something along those lines so thanks for elaborating. I find that the whole earlier toxic state catalog had a similar vibe to this album sonically too, was that an intentional thing you guys kept in mind at all? Was there a “house” engineer who worked with all the TS bands for those years or something? I can definitely hear what you mean about your band’s skill set becoming greater as the material progressed too, and I know that a more elaborate recording setup can more effectively showcase that sometimes.
still listening to this in 2069, cheers!
There's no time count now, and it's still at full blast!
6/15/24 - had to get my fix

Yes. This was recorded on a 4 track cassette thing. We just got better after this. However this is still my personal favorite 😊
