Hi! I do this class plus the 1 b it that’s the 10min one 4 my daily warmups. I never get bored. It’s a challenge 4 to b able 2 complete both classes without sitting down. I really appreciate your hard work wanting 2 make us better

Hi! White belt here, I’ve been working on breaking over Christmas break. (my fiancé and his son are advanced color belts and have been helping me learn properly) I am right hand dominant but I’ve been working on breaking with my left hand because I’m actually left handed (weeaaaak however) yesterday I broke the black rebreakable board left handed!
Can I gain more flexibility without doing any passive stretching at all and only doing it dynamically and actively? I heard passive stretching is dangerous and not beneficial, thoughts?
I'd like to run a trot line in the lake this year.see cant get some cats. I live in Copperhill Tn so its not so big city like Tampa. Been 2 years now since I reached yellow belt and been in the dojang.

Could you do a warm up video one day. I usually do do the too much or not enough for warm up before I practice my Taekwondo.
