    Wow, what a cosmic coincidence. I was just reading about how dynamic stretching could be a good addition, and I was like sad that all the stretching videos on You tube were so heavy on static stretching and then, boom, here's this.
    1. I would like to watch training vlogs about getting ready for your contest.
    2. I like the follow-along type video with talking/explaining.

    Hi! I do this class plus the 1 b it that’s the 10min one 4 my daily warmups. I never get bored. It’s a challenge 4 to b able 2 complete both classes without sitting down. I really appreciate your hard work wanting 2 make us better

    I am so happy to see this! Thank you, Donavan. 🌟 I took an awesome class this morning (tang soo do), and I had a wonderful compliment from one of the masters in our dojang. He noticed that my sparring had improved, and it felt so good for someone to take notice.

    Hi! White belt here, I’ve been working on breaking over Christmas break. (my fiancé and his son are advanced color belts and have been helping me learn properly) I am right hand dominant but I’ve been working on breaking with my left hand because I’m actually left handed (weeaaaak however) yesterday I broke the black rebreakable board left handed!

      That’s so awesome! It’s totally normal to have one leg that’s naturally better...so long as both are in the same ball park hahaha

    Nice video, i recommend you to workout on your lower back, fix that anterior pelvic tilt..

    Could you do a warm up video one day. I usually do do the too much or not enough for warm up before I practice my Taekwondo.

      This is actually a great routine for warming up but yes I will do a warm up video in the future!

    Can I gain more flexibility without doing any passive stretching at all and only doing it dynamically and actively? I heard passive stretching is dangerous and not beneficial, thoughts?

    I'd like to run a trot line in the lake this year.see cant get some cats. I live in Copperhill Tn so its not so big city like Tampa. Been 2 years now since I reached yellow belt and been in the dojang.
