CN you tell me what all you had to do to run E-85? I'm in the middle of rebuilding a project '07 750. About to split the case tomorrow. I'm going to port the intake & port & polish the exhaust side. I'm trying to figure out which head gasket to get. I want the compression near 14.0:1. Any issues with running pump 93 @ that compression ratio for the street? I bought my AEM E85 safe fuel pump. What did you do with the injectors? I bought a handful off ebay and I was going to take them to get them flowbenched. Unsure if I need to upgrade the primaries or the secondary fuel injectors.
I was going to do this on my 2014 ZX636, but I don't have a reason to pull the head. I'm going to throw a GSX-R 1K Intake cam with adjustable sprockets also and was thinking stock GSX-R 1K headers if they will fit. I want to knife edge the crabk and take out the counter balance shaft, but I only see dummy shadts for the 1k. Am i missing something? Did you wideband each hole? I'll probably tune with Woolich or FlashTune (what I have on the Kawi) and use the PCIII & auto-tune the bike came with for AFR.
To be honest, I've had this whole Flex Fuel idea/project in the works since 2015 to my Kawi. Some things popped up & had to put both bikes on hold. I would love to have that tune to help get me started as a base tune for the dyno 😊
