Yes, it is wc3 mechanics indeed, but it is also true that the delay is put on purpose, since it also happens in dota2 which has a brand new engine.

LEGENDARY QUESTION : look at 8th nortrom while killed leoric .. how can he gain 2 int ? I think he was lvl 1, and he was up 2nd skill not 3rd skill

Anyone else find dota 2 not as good as dota 1? I played dota 1 for around 9-10 years and just recently quit because I tried dota 2 for a few months to see if I would enjoy it and ended up quitting because of the changes they've made to the game and how different it feels.
