This is why we should not be allowing the Governor's office, ie the Lt Governor, to be in charge of elections. Conflict of interest and all that.

Everyone knows that, how would you suggest this is implemented? It's a good Idea by the way.

This is ridiculous, I don’t understand why the legislature isn’t speaking up. Why there is no action being taken for the rules to be followed. People don’t know what’s happening. Whenever I talk to anyone they have no idea. Phil can’t win until people know what xoc is doing!

Sadly the legislature is largely under the thumb of the Governor. Nothing gets through the legislature without the blessing of the governor. Even the Bills the governor vetoes are staged so legislature won't look bad and still get points for "trying".

Utah is one of the most corrupt states in the country. At this point, I would be shocked to find a legislature or mayor or anyone with political power was operating on a lawful and ethical standard.

That is a good question. "We the people are the Constitutions only keepers" George Washington. It's not always on the Legislative branch it's on us and it starts by taking an interest in what government is doing, or if you are a busy hard working Utahn supporting those who are investigating our home-grown corruption with a bald head and a smile.

Can you identify the judges that denied these things? We should not be giving them a yes.

Google Matthew B. Durrant. It's on the internet that he denied it.

@@fallingstarranch9376 durrant is an unqualified insurgent acting chief judge of utah supreme court justice- a known corrupt and up for sale fraud that wont even view my case on a different matter as it implicates his AG Sean Reyes and gang of lawyers who were unelected and are as deep-state Mob starting in Utah Uintah County District court judge identified as Gregory Lamb, suspected of foul play of his law firm partner (Stringham) when she protested greg could not be a judge and run a local law firm at the same time- she then died a short time later of "unknown causes" under suspicious circumstances swept under the rug by both appellate court and utah supreme court fake woke lawyers- there is no equal application of the rule of Law in Utah State- at least AG reyes has agreed to not run again for office in 2025 if congress doesnt prosecute him for favortism, bribery, fraud and money laundering-inclusive at least 6 women have filed lawsuits against reyes for alleged sexual harassment Reyes of course denies (why agree to resign if he is innocent) Utah is a top 5 corrupt state that hides behind religion and protect each other by refusing to investigate, arrest or prosecute each other- we have investigated ourselves and founded we have done nothing illegal type parasites- MAGA

You should NEVER give a yes to a judge unless you personally know he or she is full of integrity. It has been shown again and again that judges are by in large sell outs and highly corrupt.
