There will never be any proof because most states have laws making it illegal to take photos or videos.. Until the law changes to "allow voters to record their own votes, and not of others", there will be uncertainty if any bugs in software render undesirable results. I think we need a federal law saying "A voter has the right to take video of their own vote only, and not others." I'd love to have had a video of what I experienced.. I am an IT professional and work with computers every day, and I know for damn sure that I didn't select "Ted Cruz" on my ballot, but then he magically shows up on the confirmation screen.
