Glad to see the ripper works better than the sander. Thanks for sharing.

It was beautifully air dried and planed really well! 🙌

    Good afternoon Nathan
I have the Ripper and use it all the time when I want to cut pieces from my firewood. It works great but I wonder how it might improve with that blade you were using. Do you sell it?
Also just to confirm you measure out from the blade the width you want then clamp a piece of wood as a stop block. I just learned that.
I usually select wood that has an interesting grain pattern. I'm not very skillful in identifying the species of wood
    Cheers

Come over to our store Id love to show you the walnut! We are open 9-4 Monday to Friday EST.
When I tested it with my moisture meter it was reading between 9-11%. Certainly not dry enough for furniture but not far off.

Looked like you used the Rikon 10-326? Just wondering what blade you did all that with?

That’s right! The blade I used was a Swedish silicon 3/4” 3tpi blade

Nice...was that seasoned firewood so the wood would be nearly ready for use ?

Yes it was! It’s about 12% moisture content right now. Should wait till it’s under 8% to use for anything inside.
