When she received the apology, her eyes melted with tears which showed that she was deeply affected by what had happened. I have 2 suggestions for you please. 1) her name is pronounced as Zai Na not Zee Na 2) your questions can be a bit shortened as most times they are very long with multiple options. It would be nice to keep it a bit short and crisp. Hope you don’t mind these suggestions 🙂
