Well done!... if you look at the panel lines on the models they are perfectly faded to give the feel of realism. I think most would agree, that It’s long over due a new Macross or series was done. What a great memory as a kid.
Harmony gold needs to sell this to a company that will do something with it. This series still gives me chills. It was perfect when it released in the states in the early 80's. Seriously needs a reboot with a team passionate about the franchise. Fine you talked me into it. I'll do it.
Harmony Gold doesn't need to sell. What they need to do is to relinquish all the trademarks for the original creators to actually find a distributor. For that strangehold HG has on Macross, it only has access to the VF-1 Valkyrie, and that is only for merchandise use (Toys and comics).
As long as they do it right and leave out all of the woke crap that's poisoning entertainment today. The remake of Space Battleship Yamato was excellent.

There is just significantly less drag when compared to being in atmosphere as the cubic particle density or PPM is vastly different when comparing an atmosphere to an imperfect vacuum like space

In fact, Macross was originally supposed to be a parody of both Gundam and Space Battleship Yamato, before the creators realised that they had something much more substancial at their hands.
