I am sorry to say that the blade description diagram equations at 2:18 wrongly show that both the 'a' and 'b' being diameters while in reality they should both be circumferences. Can someone clarify please?
If we take them as circumferences then the sought after diameters A for the small hole and B for the large can be obtained as A = a / pi and B = b / pi.
