Great video & motivation to take the challenge! LDP took me closer to running than pretty everything (and also the record set by Joe Mazzone) but still, never trained more than 2 or 3 times a week, indoors, in winter 😅
Hey man, great Video. This one is really a big step in terms of production quality and presentation! The thumbnail is really good and I love the intro-Part! In the mid it drags on a little for my taste. The music is going for too long and is sometimes too loud, to the point where you could be heard better. Like from 04:00-11:00 could be shortened or maybe edited a little different, I cought myself losing attention. At 18:00 the standing camera with the headset mic works really good, its better than the phone mic before like in 11:19. Its easier to watch and just looks better :D You narration and story telling is pretty good, why not have more of it than the sometimes unclear phone footage! Hope this isn't too much :D But great Video, Looking for more!
I used to run track and cross country in high school but my knees started to bother me so I ended up spending most of my time bicycling in college. Afterwards I continued cycling and I also did a bunch of other activities like hiking, rock climbing, swimming and kayaking to stay in shape. About 2 1/2 years ago I learned to skate. After discovering LDP I then participated in the last 2 Broadway bombs and 2 Miami Ultraskates where I finished over 100 miles. This July I'll be 62 years old. I think that all the cross training over the years has help me to not only stay fit but it has reduced my chance of injuries. I'm sure if you mix up your training a bit it will help you too. Lastly, I too need to remember to stretch more.
That’s awesome dude! You should def be proud! And yeah I mix it up quite a bit now, but I’ll definitely add some more in. Hope to see you at Broadway Bomb and Ultra this year!
Love the dedication!! Im inspired 🤩
