CKP cuisine is super delicious and they tend to preserve the natural taste of the core ingredient. The seafood is treated with the respect and delicacy it deserves. All of the dishes in this episode were sumptuous and had such a nice fresh look to them too. What an array of seafood!! Love the CKP cuisine. In CKP food festival ..i have visited in that place ...i have tasted food ...but नाव मोठा आणि दर्जा छोटा असे दिसून आले ...food quality was ok ok .price was high per thali but quantity was too less ....only loot was there

CKPs came to Kashmir from Greece before Alexander the Great. Then they came along with him to Bihar. After the fall of Nand dynasty they came to Maharashtra through Madhya Pradesh along with many others. But CKPs traveled further down to Konkan viz.Thane ,Mumbai , Raigad area.

Repeated comparison with Malvani and Goan food is a turn off by the chef ..CKP cuisine is unique (I personally like it)and no cuisine need comparison to any other ...by doing this useless comparison its shows either you are not confident about your product or you are have superiority complex about your cuisine....and as matter of fact CKP and pathare Prabhu cuisine is similar and almost interchangeable and considering these communities has travelled from north India and settled in Konkan coast they have influence of all the region that they have travelled ...that makes me wonder sometimes what is the original that they have,every item a spinoff from the local communities that they have encountered during their migration !
