I see you already know that the word 'station' is a HET-word. :) Unfortunately, not all words fit within a rule. Some of them that don't fit into any category, you will simply have to memorize.
I followed all your lessons on De or Het. Excellent way of teaching. Really helpful. Thank you. You have mentioned that you will post 1 last video in this series. When will you share the last video on this? Please let me know
Thanks so much for your videos!! But for the most common words, like the "things"( tafel, bord, boek, pen etc....) what is the rules? Cause I can see that for someone of them it changes the articles, so how it works? Pleeease help me
Dear Renata, thank you for your comment. For the words that don't fit into any category, there is no other way than learning the article together with the noun in your vocabulary list.
Ilka Schaap can you upload the last part of the De and Het rules and exceptions? Or maybe you can send me a message with that info? I’m studying Nederlands and I will have an exam... TIA

what about water and milk?
i am really confuse because in duolingo they put it as het water , het sap
The words 'water' and 'milk' don't fit into any category of the rule, so thoso you will have to learn by heart.
👍👍👍
I can't find the sixth and last video on "DE or HET. If possible, can you share the link alstublieft.
