In my opinion, for 1 million which takes quite abit of consideration to decide which to spend on, I would say the Blackhawk, a well-rounded vehicle with flying ability faster than the drone and no hovering limit, rope to rob the cargo boat, non-existent offroad issue by flying. Cars however fast they are can still be pit-maneuvered, tire-popped and trouble with obstacles. Plus with 7 seats, 8 if driver's included, it is one of the best team vehicle. To conclude, the Blackhawk is arguably the best vehicle for grinding in particular and playing the game in general.

Why torero isn’t on the list it can easily climb 90 degree angle and has similar acceleration as roadster although it’s top speed is 195 it’s reverse is better and also it has goog handling

It depends on roadster, You could make a flip and land successfuly on hills or you could fail and proceed to be arrested or die (If you have any weapons then use it)
I use black hawk for grinding and I don’t find it very difficult to enter the volcano base with it, also, it can do arguably the best robbery in the game: cargo ship

brulee and beignet are not very different, but brulee has a higher top speed (fastest land vehicle) and beignet looks better in my opinion
Beignet has better acceleration and a decent top speed, Brulee isn't very good for grinding.
Why torero isn’t on the list it can easily climb 90 degree angle and has similar acceleration as roadster although it’s top speed is 195 it’s reverse is better and also it has goog handling
