You will figure them out over time but he has a quirk that AFO gave him when he was a child.
So is Father William or Potato head ?
Well William and AFO are both technically the father in a way. Izuku has treats from both party’s. You can decide who you want to be the father but they will both have the title Dad/Papa in this.

@@Dracarys.31 if both are considered his bio dad then I would say AFO birthed him since he's the one with multiple quirks and might have a quirk that allows him to get pregnant but if one is a stepdad or adopted dad and this is Izuku Afton I'd say AFO is either adopted him with Inko or Inko is Mrs. Afton and AFO is his stepdad. But that is a good question.
