We are struggling to connect it to our computer. We have downloaded all the drivers in the manual and suggested on videos but it doesn't get past the download. We click on the software download as it's not doing anything and it begins the download again.
@@landscapingbyje6931 hey there, we may want to reach out to the manufacturer directly for this level of support they have a direct phone number for their DTG customers: 562-276-1305
Do you mean from Digital Factory to your printer? If so, first thing you want to check is the Queue Manager. Up top click on Queue and then Manage Queues. Here you should be able to see where the printer is mapped to and make sure they are communicating correctly. What printer are you using?
I've followed this video to a tee i believe but when my films come out (on the same exact printer) the white ink is not set at all. it runs all over the film as i move it. i've tried decreasing the ink density and while this does help it not run, the color layer is not covered well. y'all's films look perfectly firm coming straight off the printer. what am i missing?
Hey there! So I am working on a video with updated settings we have found positive test results with. This is what has been working for me: Print Quality: Level 3 Ink Density: White (Top) negative twenty (-20) White (Bottom) negative twenty (-20) This quality level with the above adjustments should be a quick fix, please let me know how it works out for you -Estevan
So now I've tried this and while it helps with runniness a little bit, now there's just not enough white to cover the logo well. I'm really curious as to how y'all literally picked the film straight up off of the printer and dangled it in the air without it running at all.
My prints are coming out like small water dropplets instead of whait would be. It's like the entire image is printing in tiny dropplets forming the image. My maintenance liquid is really low, so I was thinking maybe thats it? But Epson has the Maintenance liquid on back order 😤😡🥹 Im losing orders I cant fullfill. Can I get some insight in what the issue could be? Theres also an error reading 00138 Fatal error?
Hey there, first thing we would want to check is the nozzle check. The incomplete prints sound more consistent with clogged nozzles. The Epson direct support line is where we go for the fatal errors as they advise to deal with those direct (hardware). Hoping the backorder ends soon on the maintenance liquid!
As of right now we are looking at the lowest list price from the manufacturer since release at $13,995. By far the best value DTG machine in it's class

We have heard about this feature! Definitely something to cover in a future video, thank you for watching!

That's great. If it just wasn't 1000 dollars, it would be perfect.
