Unfortunately, losing your gear in this game is just how it goes sometimes. Don't let it discourage you! You've still got an awesome base and a million things to do that don't involve the nether. Even after playing for over 10 years I still avoid the nether because of how difficult it is. If you are looking for more adventuring to do, you can trade for maps from cartographer villagers that will lead you to certain locations in the world. They will still require you to fight, but you could always just scout out the location and come back when you're ready. Sometimes the journey is the fun part anyway!
Hey, I just wanted to say that your video’s are very comforting and it is really nice to see how much you like the game. You’re learning very quickly how everything works and it is nice to watch every video. Thank you for everything you do. Have a great day
Read your comment about falling into lava as soon as you walked through the portal losing the gear and XP. That is so rough to experience, my girl did the very same thing as soon as she went into the nether for the first time. I recommend crouching/sneaking as soon as you complete the teleport before moving. Crouching will keep you on the block that forms the portal so you can get your bearings before walking either direction. Love these videos and hope to see more, you are doing awesome so far!
when you go to the nether, bring as little items as possible. i always die and lose all my gear, so i go in wearing gold armor and whatever scraps come out of the mob farm.
You are making this too complex and difficult. You don't need villagers to make Enchanted gear you can do it yourself. You can craft a diamond chestplate you can craft all of your armor. You have everything you need to enchant and build diamond armor. Also, wear a gold piece of armor in the Nether and piglins won't attack you.
I finally realized that and made the chest plate on the crafting table. I just immediately died in the nether and lost everything and the highest xp I ever had and don't feel like ever playing this game again after that. This is the second time I died going into the nether. I immediately fell into lava.

@@morpheusasmrgaming1959 maybe… but what you could try is bringing cobblestone in and as soon as you get teleported into the nether instead of even walking out just crouch down (on the portal itself) and build a little cobblestone platform around it
I must have got tunnel vision because I was determined to get that armorer that that also made the chest plate. I just read the comments and realized I could have just made it on the crafting table.
To answer you question about the chest plate, you just have to get lucky, its all chance, so you just have to keep trying, but you can wait until they are level4 to see you dont have to get them to master, also fencing in you villagers doesn't put them at a disadvantage, its just a way at protect them.
I think I have like 5 or 6 armorers now so my luck is not to great so far. People were saying just make one on the crafting table but you have to have the diamonds to start with. I just though it would be easier to get diamond gear with trading emeralds which are easier to trade for.
If you want some extra XP, for the extra armor you collect, make a grindstone. Before melting the extra armor down, if it is enchanted, put it in the grindstone and you will get some XP back. Then you can melt it down for even more return on investment
Make sure you put on gold boots when going to the neither the piglins will kill u if you do not I would really recommend just running away from some mobs in the neither if possible but make sure you watch were u walk because there are holes in the ground sometimes that lead to lava pools
