I first saw a video of this boss back in 2014 when I was a 4th grader. I finally beat it a few days ago!! RIP Solgryn 01/17/2023
on which difficulty did ya play it and how many deaths did it took?
@@dzareg On Totally Average Mode, it took me over 1,600 deaths and over a month. About 1/6 of those deaths were from random bullshit that I could not dodge. By the way, I played for an hour at max and did not play every day.
When I rebeat the game on Hardon Mode, Solgryn took me less than 10 deaths... lol

@@dzareg Ohhh you meant total deaths XD on normal mode I had over 10k deaths total. I spent about 4 months from tutorial to beating the game. On Hardon Mode, I had 3,200 deaths, with 2 weeks spent playing.
By the way, if you have your DOWN arrow rebound to the shoot key, you’ll do double damage against Sonic.
What do you mean rip Solgryn? I can't find information about his death.

That boss is just ridiculous...
I beat Sol Gryn for the first time today on normal mode. I should have beaten him 800 deaths in, but choked 3 seconds from killing him. Ultimately it took me about 1000 deaths...
No matter what, that is still a great achievement.

WTF you're amazing! I spent 13 hours on Solgryn on ez-mode. Now doing 100% walktrough on Totally-Average mode. Hope Solgryn won't be so much harder on TA than on EZ-Mode.
Also, space to spam? It would be insane for me, because I'm using ArrowKeys+Z+X, I don't know how to combine ArrowKeys+Z+Space... Not enough hands.

Anyone have advice for Missingno’s phase? His water jets feel very gimmicky. Sometimes they push you up a lot and other times they don’t do anything.
Have you beaten it? I just timed it like shown in this video, but this boss took me 1k deaths on Totally Average Mode 😂

Это конечно адский п*здец, но шусс пройдёт. Почему? А вы сами попробуйте почти пройти боши и забросить на последнем боссе! Да никто так не сделает! Никто! Абсолютно никто! Даже зная, что он сложнее всех уровней в боши вместе взятых, всё равно вы будете пытаться проходить! Забрасывать, и через полчаса снова продолжать. Вот на любом уровне смог бы, но только не на последнем. Уж поверьте. А если бы это был не последний босс, вот тогда бы любой бросил.
