Im on my phone so i cant delete old comment but i think the riddle is pandaren brewmasters ulti. you summon two cooler pandas or units and at level three the cooldown decreases. at level one u get ulti, so two more levels and the cooldown is shorter
Hi Lumi. My response to the riddle is Storm Spirit's Static Remnant. It's not concrete, but here goes: It matches with the two twos cooldown, as it has a 4 second cd, the frail body comment I think is a reference to the frailty of the Remnant itself. As for the rest, I have been thinking about how you can only create 3 remnants at a time, but am struggling to fit that in with the rest of the numbers. Hope I'm correct.

Im not saying storm is bad,,, im just saying that in the end-game rofling around and using items is not gonna kill a entire team unless you are hugely overfed or have several buybacks, which this game showed imo.

anyone realised storm had both power threads and boots of travel?
would it be possible to sell storm's threads and buy skadi? he might not need move speed coz of his ult?

@donaldeda 25% magic resistance means the hero would only take 75% of the damage so the damage taken would be 270 x 0.75 which is 202.5
