Islam means submission to God not a religion

Muslims claim that Islam as used in the Qur'an means the religion of Islam complete with its 5 pillars. However, the arabic word al-islam simply means submission to God if we investigate its usage in the Qur'an.

I agree and when I first converted to Islam over 10 years ago I studied the Quran alone and was confused over hadiths and Sunni ideology when I came across it.

I don’t think it is a correct identification when you called them “Muslims” they are not Muslims, rather either Hadeethans or Sunnis much suitable word for them. Definitely they are NOT Muslims

Salaamun alaikum sir i want to admitt that my views about islam changed after listening to you and reading the translation of sam gatrrens .but there were still many questiones unanswered .following your message of will you not reason i found articles of dr kashif khan and aurangzaib yousafzai .they were eye opener .now the translation of quran by aurangzaib yousafzai the quran aalishan is available .i recomend you to read it .
