hey I always want to ask you about ergonomic problem,i always neck pain when I using long time of laptop, and now I can not tolerate the neck pain and magic keyboard bad typing experience, do you think Mac mini is better choice of architecture?
So, there's a couple of things to deal with here, and I should say I'm not an ergonomics expert or physiotherapist... but having interviewed a few for articles over the years, your primary ergonomic problem there isn't the keyboard -- it's working too long without moving around or taking a break. This is 100% the number one way to deal with ergonomic issues, because none of us are built to thump away at keyboards for hours at a stretch. So there's that. Adding on to that, while Apple's keyboards (both laptop and magic keyboards) look pretty, I find them pretty horrible for my own comfort when working for longer stretches, so I'd advise using something else entirely -- but I can appreciate that tastes differ there. Sounds like you don't specifically need the portability of the MacBook Pro, and if that's the case you'd also save a few bucks buying an M4 Mini and then connecting it up to a decent screen and comfortable keyboard and mouse. But even if you do that, take regular breaks -- it'll make the most difference to your ongoing comfort.
@@AlexKidman It is heavier than 14 inch. I do need the larger screen and the better cooling with a M4 max. Also I got used to larger Laptops carrying 16 inch gaming laptops around.
@@Xorzenth 12 Core. I dont need the extra GPU bump (you probably either). The CPU bump is so minor for multi core that it just doesnt make any sense + it would have been 400€ more than the base M4

@@AlexKidman I want to buy hhkb keyboard,this kind of good keyboard gonna increase joy of working
16 inch for screen real estate and better cooling.
Hey, that's totally valid too. I find the 16 inch size (for any laptop) a nuisance for lugging around, but it does depend on how you mostly use it.

Between macbook pro m4 ram24 1tb and macbook pro m4 pro ram 24 1tb? Studying in software engineer and will pick AI specialized path too.
I went with the pro model, but only because it was just 200€ more here. That is basically "nothing" over 5 years
@nniklask 12-Core CPU 16-Core GPU one or 14-Core CPU 20-Core GPU one?

@nniklask Yeah, you're right. Isn't the battery life of m4 pro worse than the m4's ?
kinda worry about battery life too
