I drop my phone for accident and the lower left corner of the screen/glass is not flush with the rest of the polycarbon body like the other three corners, I use a torx t4 to unlock the lock and try to settle the screen again, but still I am unable to make it flush again, the screen doesn't have any damage and the plastic fins of the frame aren't broken, is there something else I could do to make it flush again?

Hi guys, got a question I was charging my Nokia 1020 it was on and I could see it was charging, about 10 minutes later the phone just same to be lock! I can see the clock stop at 8:30 and it shows like it still charging I press on the power and nothing happens is not responding but it still on, any suggestions? Thanks
What parameters dictate whether I would have to replace the entire display assembly w/frame, as opposed to only having to replace the glass lens screen? There are no display issues with my phone other than the cracked glass (i.e., all areas of the screen respond to touch, & the image is not compromised). So would I only have to replace the lens screen?
+Ian Howe We do not recommend a glass only repair as the LCD is fused to the front glass panel. Although only the glass lens is damaged, it's a very difficult repair to complete. We recommend researching glass only repairs on this model for more detailed information.

Last night, it fell just a foot and from the lower left to 1/4 across to right screen there is a hair line crack, and another that flows upwards from that to the top of the phone. Along the hairline crack from left-right, it appears to have slight webbing from the main crack. The screen initially showed some image at the bottom right hand corner, but now this morning, it is completely dark. The only lights present are the Back, Home and Search. Would this call for a display assembly (LCD & Touch screen) or would simply replacing the glass lens screen suffice? Thanks for your time and thoughts.

+CastelonDrake Sounds like its coming lose from the frame. Only way to try and remedy this is to try and secure the unit back to your frame with adhesive. Other than this, you may need a new screen assembly.

Yes, sounds like the LCD is the issue. Replacing the LCD and Touch screen digitizer assembly as shown in the video would help resolve this for you.
