The animation you just saw was made using the Lumion animated phasing effect.
You can show the process of your design, or show the construction with this powerful animation tool. You can apply different transition effects, show how new materials apply to your design, make parts of your building appear and disappear and highlight what makes your project unique.
This is done using Lumion Render rendering software for architectural visualization. It’s a great 3D render software that saves a ton of time for architects because it helps you achieve the level of detail and realism not available in any other similar software.
Lumion Render is fully compatible with most 3D modeling software, including Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and many others.

It nice.But in my opinion little bit easy makes animation in cinema4d(blender, maya) and transfer fbx animation in lumion.But you can transfer only default animation like position, scale and rotation.It’s enough for 90% projects

Thank you! The background is simply adding a dark color to the plane, and adjusting the reflectivity and glossiness values. As for the lighting, I'll probably cover that in a new video.

I love phasing renders but it's a load of work just a little room like this to animate. Lumion must consider phasing by material-polygons.

I have the same Issue. By far, the only way to do it is one by one from its group.
Same here. I have searched everywhere and have not been able to find a way to import groups from Lumion or import multiple groups. It just does not appear practical to import one item at a time. There must be a better way?
