I was blown away by all the delicious vegan food in Mexico City - even some non-vegan restaurants had a vegan menu! The food was fresh and even better than in top LA/NYC spots. 🌱 Amazing.
I think I'm gaining weight just watching these videos😂 And then the jazz plays too?!? ( Mo Betta Blues)? Y'all are gonna shoot to the top in the RUclips universe really soon, I can feel it. 💙 In my mind, you're the melanated version of Tangerine Travels 💯
Yeah, we're gaining weight living it 😆 working on it though! Thanks for the faith and we'll wishes. Hopefully we will develop into a channel never before scene! 🙏🏾🤞🏾🤟🏾
Shoutout for learning about the local culture. Not many know about Purepecha outside of Michoacan and they were such a great part of Mexicos indigenous history
P.S. we were JUST THERE for Día de Muertos too … “that’s what’s up” 😉 A beautiful celebration so our loved ones who have passed live on forever! I can’t think of a more beautiful way to honor them🖤
My husband is from Morelia so we’ve been going back the last 30 years (there and so many other beautiful places throughout Mexico and the 🌎) Hospitality is second to none in Mexico. I have so many comments (all good) about your trips - BUT a quick one … corundas are BEST topped with a beef stew 🙌🏼! Also, you two are SO CUTE and I commend you for opening your hearts and minds to all the beauty Mexico offers!! Cheers to you both from Chicago burbs and safe travels to you always♥️
My favorite Mexico tour family is BLOWING up! *gets teary eyed* mah babies! 🥲 Go be great guys! My wish is to meet you at some point in the near future! I adore you guys. Your voices and vibe actually help me sleep when my anxiety sneaks in. So thanks for that 😊
Usually for fruits and stuff like that they use a soft cheese. Like goat cheese or something to that effect and it goes well or pairs well with various fruits and things like that or exotic stuff
We use to eat at The Lasagna Factory several times a week and it is good! I loved their house wine. Another really good Mexican Italian fusion is a place right outside the mall at America’s I think it’s called Valentinas , the same mall also has a McCarthy Irish pub we use to go on Wednesday for good wing special with a free beer. Ok I wish I was there now, lol.
Thank you! I was actually looking for the mezcaleria and look, you provided just what I was looking for. I'm from the State of Mexico and I love Morelia
You guys are amazing! May much love & continual blessings pour over you two in ALL your endeavours. I cannot wait to explore these areas next month. Your insight& knowledge shares are so motivating & equally appreciated. Thank you
DAMN YarBros!!! you are amazing, the way that you make the videos make feel that i am with you guys, I found my new favorites RUclipsrs, you are so natural, friendly, kind and nice persons!!! Cheers from a Michoacano living in Canada
Morelia is so rich in culture and that reflects on its food diversity. You should go to Marceva, a fonda specialized in food from Tierra Caliente, a region that southern Michoacán shares with the state of Guerrero. Marceva is one of the most visited places in downtown Morelia

Thanks for sharing all that lovely looking food! You showcase it well! I really like how you explain the history of it...and interesting cultural aspects of it! Have more wonderful foodie experiences!
The food looks delicious. It also looks like you guys are having a great time in your new city! I'm happy that you were able to pivot from working for VIP Kids. You help is to see how wonderful Mexico is.
***Remember*** I mentioned this on one of your other videos. Michoacán has the best food in México, Hands down...Not just the regional cuisine, all the food is amazing here. I personally love the classic P'urhepecha favorites like Corundas, Huchepos, Aporradillo, Churipo and Atole. The P'urhepecha cuisine has survived many centuries and I enjoy much of it. They are definitely items that I myself don't eat, like Charales. But since you eat seafood, you might enjoy them. There are also non-purepecha classic Michoacán dishes. Like Carnitas and Morisqueta. I love the carnitas and Morisqueta is a hit and miss for me. I prefer not to eat Morisqueta in the street anymore because they have disappointed me way too often. I rather eat homemade Morisqueta, most street Morisqueta people use cheap sour cream and immitation cheese hindering the taste. I rather buy the sour cream, cheese and have my mom make it!
The green sauce is a tomatillo tomatoes. Made into a Verde sauce and if done right absolutely amazing. And yes I cook and was a chef at one point. 👍🏾👊🏾
Youngins! I just found your channel and smashed that sub button with the quickness! My wife and I are planning to retire in about 6 years and are definitely moving to Mexico. We both have family in many places down there. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Keep em coming!
I’ve been waiting for this one 🤣 The Cory das are better with churipo (it’s a soup). Around Pátzcuaro and Uruapan you’ll find the best ones. The sweet tamal is called uchepo, one of my favorite breakfast ever (with jocoque, cheese and salsa).

I hope you told that girl behind you the name of your RUclips channel so she could see herself, LoL. I love, love, love some good enchiladas. And believe me I've had my share of bad enchiladas here in LA.
im really enjoying your videos! recently moved to morelia from mexico city and ive been loving the city. btw, the singular for tamales is just tamal, without the e at the end =)
Arguably, Mezcal in México is more important than Tequila. Hopefully the rest of the world will follow and learn about the beauty of Mezcal. @@TheYarbros Thanks. We will try those two restaurants. Love your videos: more flavor than many boring Vloggers. Do you know how we get to Patzcuaro from Morelia ? On our way to see lava covered church. thanks
We found this great quality, high value restaurant, "Crish" on Calle De Santiago Tapias, just two blocks north of the cathedral in historic center. The pulled and pounded beef in avocado (Aguacate) sauce is our favorite. Bottle of wine, two appetizers and two entrees is under 700 pesos. Best we found so far in this area.
Excellent video. You are so brave and willing to try new and different foods. Mexico never dissapointed me when I was there, with all the different food. I did have a soup that was super spicy. Have you already decided which country live next?
